The attachment unit of ViaMichelin is made up of a suction cup. This suction cup is fixed on a screw which one can tighten using the serrated roller. In order to firmly fix the support well on the windshield it is important to have sufficiently unscrewed this screw. Then by tightening the serrated roller that will increase the suction of the suction cup.
